Implementation of the faculty quality assurance is conducted through Quality Assurance Internal Audit. Anatomical Pathology laboratory has gone through several stages of Quality Assurance Internal Audit since 2012.

1. On September 18th 2012, Quality Assurance Internal Audit was conducted by Prof. Dr. Ir. Hartutik, MP, auditor is from Brawijaya University.
2. On April 19th 2013, Quality Assurance Internal Audit was conducted by Titis Sari Kusuma, S.Gz and NS. Rinik Eko Kapti, S.Kep, M.Kep Auditor, auditor is from Faculty of Medicine Brawijaya University.
3. On December 5th 2015, Quality Assurance Internal Audit was conducted by Kusmaryanto Sigit Setiawan and Eko Wiro Yudie, auditor is from Brawijaya University.
4. On November 13th 2014, Quality Assurance Internal Audit was conducted by dr. Viera Wardhani and Agustiana Dwi IV, M. Biomed, auditor is from Faculty of Medicine Brawijaya University.
