Request for Public Information
- Every Public Information Applicant may submit a request to obtain Public Information to the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Brawijaya (FKUB) in writing or not in writing, in person or by electronic mail….
- FKUB will record the identity of the Public Information Requestor. The identity includes the name, address, subject and format of the information, as well as the method of delivery of the requested information, this applies to both written and unwritten requests.
- FKUB will provide proof of receipt of the request for Public Information in the form of a registration number when the request is received.
- No later than 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the request, FKUB will submit a written notification containing:
- The information requested is either under FKUB’s control or not. If the requested information is not under UB’s control and UB is aware of the existence of the information, FKUB will notify the Public Body that controls the requested information.
- Acceptance or rejection of the request. Requests for information will be rejected if the information requested is exempt (confidential).No later than 10 (ten) working days from the receipt of the request, FKUB will submit a written notification containing: The requested information is provided in whole or in part depending on the status of the information (exempt/confidential or accessible to the public).
- The means of delivery and format of the information to be provided.
5. FKUB may extend the time to send the notification in accordance with the applicable provisions, no later than 7 (seven) subsequent working days by providing reasons in writing.
