On 27th-28th February 2021 has been held LKMM-TM (Middle-Level Student Management Leadership Training) for the 4th area or East Java by UNIPDU Jombang and the topic is “Unite to Foster Professional, Critical, Character, Intellectual, and Leader Midwives for a Develop of Indonesia”. LKMM-TM for this year is kinda different from the other years before, this year the LKMM-TM was held online because of Covid-19. LKMM-TM attended by all delegations from D3/D4/S1 of Midwive students, and the committee of IKAMABI from East Java.
The opening event is reading a holy Qur’an by Erin Sukma Wati. After that, singing the anthem of Indonesian and Mars IBI. Then, present a speech from Rena Yanti as the event director and continue by Pujiani, S.Kep., Ns., M. Kes as Dean of Medical Sciences Faculty UNIPDU Jombang. Furthermore, giving the first material presentation of “Profil dan Pergerakan Organisasi IKAMABI” by Ni Komang Yeni Patma Sari from University of Brawijaya. Before the first material presentation, the student committee reminds to all participants. To do a pretest and fill the first absences. After that, giving the second material presentation by Dian Puspita Yani S.ST., M. Kes with the title material is “Asas Manajemen dan Kepemimpinan Dalam Organisasi”. Then, continue the third material presentation of “Berpikir Kritis, Kreatif dan Inovatif Dalam Organisasi” by Suyati S.ST., M. Kes. In the end giving material, participants have a chance to ask a question when there is a problem from the material. After giving material agenda, the student committee reminds again the participants to fill the second absences.
The second days LKMM-TM event were held on 28th February 2021 ,which carried out online through the zoom meeting. LKMM-TM was organized by Universitas Pesantren Tinggi Darul Ulum Jombang, East Java. This event starts at 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. WIB, which begins with an opening by the chief executive of LKMM-TM. After the opening, the next event was the 4th material which discussed “Determination of Organizational Performance, Program Policy and Activities”, which was delivered by Mrs. Sri Banun T.I., M.Kes. Analysis of the material that discusses “Formulation of Organizational Problems and Development of Alternative Solutions and Formulation of Organizational Development Plans (Work Goals and Indicators)”, which was delivered by Mrs. Yasmin Indriyas SST., S.Psi. After the material, the event was attended by presentations by Universitas Airlangga and Stikes Banyuwangi. Then, in the closing ceremony which was supervised by midwifery lecturers from UNIPDU Jombang. This event was closed with a post test he gave and attendance for all participants of LKMM-TM 2021.
