Enthusiasts flock the Tour de Karangkates

The implementation of the 43rd Dies Natalis on Sunday (January 8, 2017) this time offered something different. Tour de Karangkates, which became one of a series of activities and was held for the first time, got a lot of appreciation and flocked with participants from FKUB academic community, cycling lovers, and public who loves cycling.

Prof. Dr. dr. Respati, SpOT, as the coordinator of Tour de Karangkates said, with a distance of about 90 KM starting from Medical Faculty UB Building to Karangkates and go back to the finish line in FKUB, of course, will give many challenges for the participants and the committee.

With an extra escort from police, military, and medical team, the committee provided 2 units of ambulance, a truck, medication, and a solid team in every post. Therefore, cyclists of tour de Karangkates cycling, which will become a regular agenda, will successfully returned back to the finish line in FKUB in safe conditions.

Upon returning to the finish line in FKUB, the activities was continued with resting, eating lunch, and was closed with door prize.
