Objection to Answer of Information Request

1. If the information requester is not satisfied with the information received, the information requester may file an objection to the superior of PSIK FKUB within a period of no later than 30 days after the information request is rejected. The superior of PSIK FKUB shall then provide a written response to the objection filed by the information requestor no later than 30 days after the objection is registered.
2. If the information requester is not satisfied with the decision of the Head of the PSIK FKUB, then the information requester may file an objection to the Information Commission, within 14 days of receipt of the decision of the Head of the PSIK FKUB received by the information requester.
3. Further provisions regarding the procedure for requesting information to UB are regulated by the Information Commission.

Reasons for Filing an Objection to the Answer to an Information Request

The Public Information Applicant has the right to file an objection in the event that the following reasons are found:

1. rejection based on the reasons for the Exclusion of Public Information;
2. failure to provide periodic information;
3. no response to Public Information Requests;
4. Public Information Requests are not responded to as requested;
5. failure to grant a Public Information Request;
6. imposition of unreasonable fees; and/or
7. submission of Public Information that exceeds the time stipulated in this Regulation.
