Workshop on Performance Evaluation in the Framework of Preparation Aim Cycle 14, 2015

nternal Audit Quality (AIR) is an effort to maintain and even improve the quality of education with certain standards. UB, AIM is an ongoing activity in order to evaluate the implementation of Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI).

2015 is an AIM Cycle 14. There are several indicators to be achieved, among others: monitor compliance with the faculty of the findings in the previous cycle, a review of the achievements of the implementation of quality standards UB, monitor the implementation of ISO 9001: 2008 in all laboratories, monitoring the achievement of the performance faculty as Satker PK BLU and efforts to improve administrative conduct and performance in the data base of a valid frame.

Noting it is necessary to do a thorough evaluation on the performance of all units in the organizational structure of the UB School of Medicine in order to know whether the plan specified has been implemented. This workshop is expected to coordination between divisions, units and all stakeholders in the faculty will be able to resolve the findings AIM previous 13 cycles and 14 cycles can prepare AIM carefully .

The scope of this workshop is to focus on the completion and follow-up the findings of AIM Cycle 13 Year 2014 and prepare all activities and documents related to the AIM standard silus 14. In order to facilitate the completion of the criteria in the Faculty Evaluation Form AIM Cycle 14 disaggregated authority or responsibility. On this basis it was formed five groups:

  1. Group I consisted of: the Dean, Academic Head, Academic Kaur, Chief BPPM, Secretary BPPM, representatives BPPM, Adm. BPPM, Adm. Writing FKUB, Adm. Library, (Coordinator: Dian Hand, SKM., Ph.D)
  2. Group II consists of: Vice Dean II, Head of Finance & Personnel, Head of Public & Supplies, Kaur Officer, Treasurer, Finance Kaur Finance Reception., Kaur Equipment, Kaur procurement, Sekpim Deans, and representatives of the Faculty of Planning Team (Coordinator: dr. Dian Nugrahenny., M.Biomed)
  3. Group III consists of: Wadek III, Head of KMA, Kaur KMA, Chairman of the Cooperation of the Interior, the Chairman of the Foreign Cooperation , Adm. Tim Cooperation. (Coordinator: dr. Eriko Prawestiningtyas, SPF)
  4. Group IV consists of: Quality Assurance Team (GJM) FKUB (Coordinator: Kuswantoro Rusca Son, S.Kep, M.Kep)
  5. Group V consists of: Representative Team Web site FKUB (Coordinator : dr. Siwipeni Irmawanti Rahayu, M. Biomed)

Each group was given the responsibility to follow up these findings so that at the end of the event all the findings are expected to have been completed.
